Our process:
Talking about a water feature or a patio in theory is all well and good, but seeing it in person will give you such better insight. At our showroom and display gardens, you can see the possibilities of what Cool Ponds can build for you.
Receive a House Call From Our Designer
Our designer will meet you at your home and discuss the details of your dream project. Before he leaves your home, he'll hand you a comprehensive estimate of what the completed project will cost. If you need extra clarification in envisioning your project, our designer can produce a 3D walkthrough of the project for a nominal fee.
Cool Ponds Builds Your Paradise
From this point-- all the work is on us! We'll call 811 to have your lines marked and order all the materials. All you have to do is watch as we turn your backyard into a dream escape for you. Our entire crew will be at your house from the time we start your job to the time we finish-- no hopping from job site to job site.

Enjoy Your Yard
Before we leave you to enjoy your new paradise, we will answer all your questions. For new water feature owners, you'll receive a comprehensive owner's manual and a personal tour of your new feature, showing you exactly where everything is and how to care for it. If you have additional questions, we encourage you to utilize our support center; or if you'd rather leave care up to us, we have a full-time maintenance staff who can do that for you. Now you can sit back, relax, and enjoy your new backyard for years to come.
