From our initial consultation to your finished project, we make it easy for you to enjoy the process.  We listen to your goals, your desires, your fears, and design a water feature that highlights your wants and removes any doubt or worry.

We schedule our initial consultation at a time convenient for you and when all the decision makers can be present.  Most plans and proposals are provided during the consultation.  You'll be able to ask questions and consider your options while everything is fresh in your mind, not days or weeks later.

 

Once your project installation begins, we don't start any other projects until yours is finished. And when it's finished... it's completely finished and ready for you to enjoy.  During your project if you have any questions you'll be able to ask any of our friendly crew members and they'll be happy to answer.  It's important to us that all our staff knows the how and why of our installation techniques. They care about your water feature and more importantly, the relationship that you will have with it. They work hard and want to make sure you benefit from their efforts.

After your project is complete, we will review it with you top to bottom so you know how to easily take care of it.  Speaking of taking care of your water feature, there's not much to do.  We build them in a way that they develop and grow as an ecosystem that balances out and flourishes pretty much on its own. Sure there are maintenance tasks, but we will show you exactly how to do them or if you like, our maintenance techs can take care of those tasks for you.

 

When you need products for your water feature, we have that too.  Both our brick and mortar store and our online store are there with all the items you might need.  And our store staff will know all about your pond, so there's always someone there to help if you have any questions.
